Blazing new Vybz Kartel new Dancehall single  called “You Can’t Say” right here at RRR Music.  Well i have to admit this is one of the better Vybz Kartel i have hear in the a while.  I know this man keeps coming out with hit after hit but damn when is he going to stop!  This new song show us that hes not going anywhere up the top and i tell you why.  Vybz not only brings his lyrics to the table but his unique voice that makes us want to here more.  In order to be on top in the Dancehall scene now a days you have to bring more to the table than the others.
